True Caddie is an on-course caddie for your iPhone. Set up your bag once with how far you hit each club. On the course, enter the yards to your target and True Caddie tells you which club to hit, on screen and out loud.

How do I set up my bag?
The first time you open the app, you'll see the bag screen. Check each club you carry, enter how many yards you hit it, then tap Done. To change it later, open your bag from the yards screen, make your changes, and tap Done again.
What yards should I enter for each club?
Enter your total yards for each club: how far the ball usually ends up, with carry and roll already included. True Caddie picks a club by comparing the yards to your target against those totals.
How do I get a club?
On the yards screen, type the yards to your target. True Caddie shows the club from your bag and says it out loud. For short shots, it may add "Three-quarter swing" or "Half swing" when your closest club goes further than the shot. You can also tap wind and lie options to adjust the pick.
Where is my bag saved?
Your bag is saved only on your phone. It stays there when you close and reopen the app. If you delete the app, iOS removes its saved data too, so your bag is lost and you'll need to enter it again after you reinstall. A new phone also starts with an empty bag.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-in and no account.
The voice is quiet or silent.
Check that your iPhone isn't on silent and that the media volume is up. The voice uses your iPhone's built-in speech voices.
